Hi! I’m Emily Stewart, a Registered Physiotherapist passionate about helping people move and feel their best.
I graduated from Western University in 2023 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. I have experience working with a wide range of sport injuries, concussions, osteoarthritis and post surgical conditions. I enjoy performing manual therapy and taping/ bracing. I also work in strength and conditioning and have completed my Orthopaedic Level 1 Manual Therapy certification through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. I’m all about combining hands-on techniques, exercise, and education to create treatment plans that are personalized and practical. I especially enjoy working with athletes, supporting them through return-to-sport rehab and helping them get back to what they love.
Outside of work, you’ll find me skiing, exploring local coffee shops, and staying active any way I can. Growing up playing competitive sports and being on a varsity rowing team in university, I understand the frustration of not being able to participate in your sport. With physiotherapy you can find the support you need to plan your comeback. I’m passionate about making rehab a positive, collaborative process where clients feel supported every step of the way.
